All communication about the flower subscription will take place through email. Be sure to add thomasflowerco@gmail.com to your address book so emails do not end up in spam.

You are responsible for picking up your bouquet on the designated pick-up day or for leaving a vase with water on your porch if you choose delivery. You are allowed to send someone else to pick-up your bouquet. All bouquets that are not picked up on the designated pick-up day will be donated to local libraries, businesses or charities.

We are unable to offer a refund for purchased subscriptions. If you can no longer participate in the subscription after purchasing we recommend transferring the subscription to another person.

Flowers are a perishable product. We take great care harvesting our flowers to provide the best vase life possible and we will provide you with best practices for flower care at the start of your subscription.
